Data Deletion Policy

Your Right to Data Erasure

At Borderlines, we believe in your right to control your personal information. You have total control over your data and can request that it be deleted from our systems at any time.

Option 1: In-App Deletion Request

You can easily request account deletion directly from the Borderlines app by following these steps:

1. Click on the Profile Tab within the app.
2. Click on the Settings icon to enter the settings page.
3. Select the Delete my account option.
4. Choose your preferred deletion schedule: immediately or in 30 days.
5. Confirm your choice. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within the stipulated period.

Option 2: Deletion Request via Email

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by sending an email to us.

• Send an email to borderlines@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
• Use the subject line: "Request to Delete Account".
• We will process your request and confirm with you once your account and data have been deleted.

Please note that once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you have any questions about the process, please don't hesitate to contact us.
