1. Agreement to Terms

By using our application, Borderlines ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Borderlines provides location tracking services designed to assist users in meeting visa and residency requirements. The services include real-time location tracking, geofencing, and report generation based on user's location data.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You are also responsible for the legality and accuracy of the data you provide and the reports you generate. Borderlines is a tool to assist you, but the ultimate responsibility for your visa or residency application lies with you.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Borderlines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
